Under the Clause 1, Article 19 of the Law on Protection of Consumer s' Rights 2010 (BVQLNTD) and Article 8 of Decree 99/2011/ND-CP of the Government dated October 27, 2011 detailing and guiding the examination. In the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Protection of Consumer s' Rights (Decree 99/2011/ND-CP), trading goods and services organizations and individuals on the list promulgated by the Prime Minister must register standard contracts and general terms of transaction with competent state management agencies in charge of the protection of consumers' rights and only applied to consumers upon completion of registration according to regulations. : Apartments Purchase and Sale is one of the areas that must be registered under these regulations.
